Zhaolu DACs have developed a dedicated following around the world for audiophile performance at a very reasonable price. In keeping with this reputation, the Zhaolu DAC 2.5C delivers new levels of engineering refinement and sonic improvement.

The 2.5C boasts a number of major design upgrades (from the D2.0), including independent operational modules for power, digital processing and analog processing, and a headphone amp section. For lower distortion and noise, each module is a separate circuit board connected with quality cables, plugs and sockets.

The DAC AH uses 8 Phillips chips, and does not over sample. Instead, it uses a technique that lines 8 Phillips TDA-1543 chips in a row. Feeding the signal from one chip to the next corrects for any errors and is a substitute for over sampling. This provides you with performance of some of the more modern CD players but at a fraction of the cost. The DAC AH offers a price/performance capability unheard of in the industry. The non-over sampling architecture is new to the industry. Sony uses this similar architecture is the SACD XA9000ES player where it uses 6 DACs in a row.

Audiophile OCC speaker cables with a core conductor constructed with multiple OCC copper ropes twisted together and terminated with locking gold plated pure copper Banana plugs.

OCC is a special type of high purity Oxygen Free Copper (OFC) in which the whole copper rope is composed of a single copper crystal. There is no "Crystal Boundary" ("Crystal Boundary" reflects and refracts the signal to produce distortion & signal decline) between crystals and so ensures an extremely high signal transmission capability.
